Thank you for visiting our website, where you can find out more information about the consultation and plans for new homes at land east of Pengilly Way, Hartland.

As part of the consultation, we held a public exhibition on the 20th May at Hartland Parish Hall, where we displayed our proposals. More than 120 members of the local community came along to view our plans and talk to our team. Thank you to everyone for their comments, questions and feedback.

The information displayed at the exhibition is now available to download from this website.

The site is to the east of Pengilly Way, between the Village and Harton Cross.

This is the site, shown in the context of the village.

The site is just under 6 acres and divided into three rectangular fields which stretch lengthways in a north-south direction. There are existing houses to the west of the site on Pengilly Way, and Fore Street runs along the south of the site.

The site recently received planning permission for up to 50 houses, which has set the principle of development. We are now preparing our plans for the details of the homes and are presenting our plans here today for your feedback.

At bunnyhomes, we take the views of the local community in Hartland seriously and will be consulting properly on our plans for the land east of Pengilly Way.
